The Locals Crew SUP course give you the basics of this sport easy to lear. After the beginner course you can rent the paddle surf and keep practice by your own.
SUP is rapidly growing into becoming one of the most popular new water sports. The SUP boards are generally between 9 and 11 feet long. The width of SUP boards can be greater than 30 inches. Due to the large size of the boards the paddlers can surf smaller waves then traditional surf boards. As a result this sport is an excellent alternative to kitesurf on days without wind.
An additional benefit of SUP is the full body workout you get when practicing SUP. This sport uses nearly every muscle and makes for an excellent workout.
